Exception (abuse)

Because Solomon Digital is a digital download, we may decline or limit a refund where substantial Content has already been downloaded, or where abuse is evident (for example, downloading the full library and then requesting a refund). We apply this reasonably and at our discretion.

How a refund works

A refund revokes your license key, which ends further downloads. Content you have already downloaded to your device is not removed remotely — it stays on your device. Chargebacks are treated as refunds and also revoke the key.

Not the same as the download window

Your purchase includes a 14-day download window (the time you have to download Content). That is separate from this 14-day refund window, even though both happen to be 14 days: one governs downloading, the other governs refunds.
