Terms of Service & End User License Agreement — Solomon Digital
Effective date: 2026-09-14 Provider: Solomon Solutions LLC ("we," "us")
By purchasing, installing, or using Solomon Digital (the "Software") or the content library it downloads (the "Content"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. What you are buying
Solomon Digital is a one-time purchase of a license to download curated Content you select. Your purchase includes a 14-day download window that begins at purchase. During the window you may download the Content you selected. After the window, you can no longer download new Content, but any Content you have already installed remains yours to use, offline, forever. This is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
2. License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software and the downloaded Content for your own personal and household preparedness use.
3. Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit the Content library or the Software. One license is granted per purchase and is tied to your purchasing email. You may not share your license key.
4. License key and revocation
Access to downloads is controlled by a license key tied to your email. We may revoke a key (ending further downloads) on refund, chargeback, or breach of these Terms. Revoking a key stops new downloads; it does not remove Content already downloaded to your device.
5. Content sourcing and accuracy
The Content is curated from public-domain and openly licensed sources
(e.g., government publications, Project Gutenberg, Wikisource, and similar).
Some material may be outdated, inaccurate, or reflect views we do not endorse.
Use critical judgment and consult modern, authoritative resources for important
decisions. Third-party software included with the product is licensed under its
own terms (see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md).
6. DMCA / takedown
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe Content infringes your copyright, email support@solomonsurvivaltech.com with the work, its location in the product, and your contact information. We will review promptly and remove infringing material from future versions where appropriate.
7. Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solomon Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Software or Content. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at https://solomonsurvivaltech.com/terms.
